Dear Ashcreek Members,
Graham County Utilities assumed interim management of the Ashcreek Water System on May 7, 2020. We want to let you know we continue to make upgrades to the system and are addressing leaks and other issues. Our crews are working overtime to resolve emergencies and other high priority work. Some of the corrective and emergency work we've already completed includes repairing meters, leaks, main lines and installing a redundant well pump. More extensive work to resolve system problems requires engineering, permitting, and construction work to rebuild parts of the system.
We want you to know when a problem is called into our office by our members it is documented, planned and scheduled for repair. Some issues are emergency repairs and some issues are scheduled for repair at a later date.
We appreciate your patience and want you to know we are doing what is needed to make long term improvements in order provide you with safe and reliable water.
