Graham County Electric Cooperative is reaching out to Members with a notice that penalties and disconnections for non-payment will resume October 5, 2020. If you are having trouble paying your electric bill due to COVID-19, please contact our office. We offer payment arrangements to assist with bringing your account status to current.
Members may request payment arrangements by calling our office at (928) 485-2451 option (1) then option (4), Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Another communication method available is sending an email to email@example.com with the following information:

Under rules approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission, members may be subject to disconnection for overdue balances when no payment arrangement has been established.
If your power is disconnected for non-payment after October 5th, you will be required to pay your delinquent bill balance, reconnection fee's and deposits to resume services.
